Account Executive – Germany Our client is a fast-growth Hospitality Tech business providing SaaS-based solutions to a range of hotels & resorts. Established over 15 years ago, they are now operating in over 100 countries worldwide. They have a fantastic customer retention score of over 95% and are world-leaders in the software they provide, with existing clients including the likes of Marriott, Hilton and many other premium hospitality brands worldwide. They are looking for Germany-based Account Executives to drive their new logo acquisition across the territory; this is a new business focused role, ideal for candidates with extensive new business & self-generation experience across the SaaS space. This role is a fully remote opportunity. Responsibilities Identify & prospect new business opportunities across designated region Manage & maintain inbound leads where necessary Maintain an in-depth understanding of product suite as well as targeted industry in order to effectively build long-term sales relationships with clients Schedule & complete product demonstrations Prepare quotes & proposals, conducting negotiations where necessary Manage & maintain up to date CRM software Collaborate with internal teams where necessary (e.g. Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering etc.) Attend trade shows & industry events when necessary The Successful Candidate 2+ years SaaS closing experience is essential Hospitality SaaS experience is ideal, but not essential Experience with a consultative sales approach Experience managing complex sales Must be fluent in German & English Account Executive Package Basic Salary: €75,000-90,000 OTE: x2
