Description Aludyne is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Munich (Germany). In this position you will be responsible for fostering and strengthening relationships with our top south-German key customers. This role requires a blend of commercial insight and technical proficiency, as you will be the primary point of contact for our strategic accounts. You will excel in account management, and drive new business development initiatives. You will report to the European Sales Director to ensure and effectively represent the company at customer sites. Primary duties and responsibilities include: Manage relationships with selected blue-chip customers in the automotive industry Take charge of planning, quoting and executing new business opportunities Serve as the first contact person for the customer, acting as the voice of the customer within Aludyne Understand and effectively communicate customer requirements throughout the organization Provide support for technical, quality, commercial and management meetings with the customer Develop new customers and create replacement plans for existing programs Stay informed about industry competition and identify new opportunities, demonstrating marketing intelligence Participate in early sourcing agreements and meetings Contribute to internal quote feasibility reviews to prepare quotes Gather feedback from customers regarding programs not awarded Employees are expected to work on-site to attend in person meetings and collaborate as necessary Other duties as assigned. Requirements and competences: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Economics with a minimum of 3 years combined experience in manufacturing, accounting, and sales Significant background and experience in automotive industry is required Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential Fluency in both German and English languages Valid driving license Ability to deal effectively with multiple levels of people, in group and individual settings Ability to effectively deal with customers Basic computer literacy Proven ability to manage projects from inception to successful completion.
