We are looking for a sales representative (based in Germany), that will perform customer visits in Germany and surrounding countries. This position reports directly to the global sales manager. Responsibilities the company, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers cost benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships out to customer leads through cold calling and schedule visits the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule sales effort with team members and other departments the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. improve through feedback Requirements and skills min. (2-year) work experience in Sales/Engineering, ideally in the field of automation. knowledge is mandatory with CRM practices along with an ability to build productive, professional business relationships motivated and target driven with a proven track record selling, negotiation, and communication skills time management and organizational skills to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs management skills and openness to feedback degree in business/engineering or a related field (C1) and English (C1) language is necessary / third language e.g. French, Spanish, Italian etc. is a plus business travels are essential for this position
